Module Two covers the eight dimensions of wellness so you know the areas that need the most pressing attention. This module also helps you understand my Four S's and how to implement them in your daily life.
At this stage, you're recognizing the limiting beliefs that have held you back. You're hungry for change and starting to question societal pressures, self-imposed expectations and internalized guilt.
You'll learn how to break free from the limiting stories you've been telling yourself and adopt a mindset that supports personal empowerment. This is one of my favorite modules because it contains the key elements in breaking generational cycles and shifting to a new parenting paradigm.
This is the inner work phase where you retreat into self-reflection and growth. Here, you'll begin to shift your focus from merely surviving to truly finding and creating joy in your daily life.
You'll transform your perspective and approach to motherhood, seeking connection rather than control. You'll become clear on what things bring you joy and which things you should lovingly let go.
So many Moms report feeling "lost" in motherhood. The overwhelm of motherhood takes over and they are just existing in survival mode feeling lost to the world in general. Module Four will help you awaken the light that has been dimmed.
Here you'll start to feel a shift as you confront and overcome your emotional triggers. You'll feel more in control of your reactions and gain confidence in your ability to stay calm in difficult moments.
You'll learn how your brain works and which strategies can keep you out of your survival state and able to access the executive skills needed to bring the calm rather than join the chaos. You'll master techniques for handling stress, creating a peaceful, connected environment for your family.
